Online pharmacy Imitrex, buy Imitrex online online without prescription

Common uses

Imitrex is used to relieve a migraine attack. Imitrex should not be used to prevent migraine attacks from occurring. Imitrex may be used for migraine headaches with or without what is known as 'aura'. It is thought that migraine headache is due to widening of certain blood vessels in the head. Imitrex work by making those vessels normal again and ease the symptoms of migraine. Imitrex does not work in other types of headache which are not a migraine.

Directions

Imitrex comes as a tablet, containing 50 mg. of the active ingredient sumatriptan succinate, to take by mouth.

Imitrex is intended to relieve migraine, but not to prevent or reduce the number of attacks. Use Imitrex only to treat an actual migraine attack.

For adults, the usual dose is a single tablet taken whole with fluids. A second tablet may be taken if the symptoms of migraine come back or if the initial dose have given only a partial response, but not sooner than 2 hours following the first tablet. For a given attack, if the first tablet has given no response, do not take a second tablet without first consulting with your doctor.

Do not take more than a total of 300 mg of Imitrex in any 24-hour period.

Precautions

Do not take Imitrex if you have ever had an allergic reaction to sumatriptan succinate or you have or have had heart disease or heart attack, shortness of breath, pain or tightness in the chest, jaw or upper arm, peripheral vascular disease or are prone to cold, tingling or numb hands and feet, Prinzmetal's angina, angina, high blood pressure, stroke or severe liver disease.

There are no adequate and well-controlled studies in pregnant women. Therefore, Imitrex should be used during pregnancy only if the potential benefit justifies the potential risk to the fetus.

Sumatriptan is excreted in human breast milk. Therefore, caution should be exercised when considering the administration of Imitrex to a nursing woman.

Like other medicines, Imitrex can cause some side effects. They can include pain, tingling, heat or flushing in any part of the body, a feeling of sleepiness, dizziness or tiredness, nausea or vomiting, a change in blood pressure, a feeling of faintness and problems with your eyesight.
